For just one monthly fee, our experts will visit your home for a 30-point checkup that covers everything from your appliances to your property. We track the health of your equipment, keep tabs on any maintenance needs, and handle the small stuff like changing air filters and light bulbs. Plus, you get an extra hour of handyman help to tackle those lingering "honey-do" tasks—exactly how you need it, when you need it.

When you sign up, we’ll start with a full inventory of your home’s equipment and appliances. After that, we’ll visit once a month to provide one hour of handyman services and conduct a thorough home inspection. These services can include:

  • Tackling your honey-do list

  • Preventative maintenance based on expert recommendations

  • Any other tasks you need handled

If you require additional time during any month, we’re available at a special membership-discounted rate, plus we offer 24/7 support whenever you need us.

We will conduct yearly maintenance with 12 monthly visits, ensuring a qualified technician checks your home regularly.

  • Exterior:

    • Inspect structure and report damage

    • Test functionality of doors and windows

    • Clean and winterize A/C unit; prepare for spring

    • Seasonal deck, patio, paint, and siding inspection/touch-ups

    Plumbing:

    • Inspect toilets, sinks, and showers for proper operation and leaks

    • Clean sink drains (up to 4 per visit)

    • Exercise and test shutoff valves

    • Treat septic tank with enzymes/bacteria

    • Flush water heater; test and drain sediment (quarterly)

    • Snake drains (quarterly)

    • Water leak inspection on all plumbing fixtures

    Electrical:

    • Test GFCI outlets

    • Inspect and maintain lighting fixtures, switches, and receptacles

    • Replace light bulbs (customer-provided)

    • Service and inspect electrical panels and subpanels

    Heating & Air Conditioning (HVAC):

    • Change furnace filters (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly)

    • Inspect A/C coils and condensers (up to two units)

    • Clean air exchanger and adjust ceiling fans (Spring/Fall)

    • Recommend HVAC tune-ups; test sump pump

    Interior:

    • Inspect walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, and cabinets

    • Check countertops, stairs, railings, and garage doors

    • Maintain and clean kitchen and bathroom exhaust systems, dryer vents, and washing machine hoses

    • Annual property review: inspect structure and report damage

    • Clean and maintain air ducts, kitchen range filters, dishwashers, garbage disposals, refrigerator components, stove vent hoods, and countertops

    • Clean and reverse ceiling fans

    Fire Safety:

    • Inspect fire extinguishers (twice per year)

    • Test and replace smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries (every 6 months)

    Bathroom/Laundry:

    • Maintain washing machine filter and drum

    • Clean bathroom exhaust fan, dryer vents, and garbage/recycling bins

    Utility Room:

    • Supply water softener salt

    • Change humidifier filter

    Garage:

    • Grease and oil garage door; inspect door and opener

    • Seasonal crawlspace vent maintenance and inspection (quarterly)

    Additional Services:
